rIDEALS is a hub of consultants and trainers that collaborate to provide individuals, schools, and organizations with summer professional learning opportunities centered on Racial Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, Leadership, and Service (rIDEALS).
Powered by PUSH for Dreams and rIDEALS incorporates powerful and experiential training methods including storytelling, discussions, as well as group and individual coaching to help guide school communities on their quest to build antiracist learning communities that foster healthy academic and life success.​

Our Summer Training
Our three-month-long Summer Intensive Program provides P-20 education community members with culturally relevant professional learning opportunities including focus groups, one-on-one training, and an annual summer conference to build sustaining practices in their careers.
