About Our Training Program
A transformative experience.
The rIDEALS CRMI Summer Intensive Program is a three-month-long learning opportunity from June-August 2021 for P-20 education community members to participate in training centered around Racial-Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, Leadership, and Service (rIDEALS). The program is endorsed by the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) College Ready Math Initiative (CRMI) and supported through a generous donation from College Spark, Washington.

Designed for everyone.
Education community members from rIDEALS' 36 partner schools can access most of the training at no cost. However, the training included in the CRMI Summer Intensive Program, including the rIDEALS Synergy Conference, group, and individual coaching sessions, is available to all P-20 who are in a quest to adopt antiracist practices. If you are an administrator, principal, teacher, student, family, or education community member, this program is for you!

Included in the Program
Participants of the program will experience interactive virtual sessions, voice, and storytelling, and content-rich information from rIDEALS to help build and sustain an anti-racist cuture.
Conference Series
Access to attend one of rIDEALS virtual Synergy conferences, featuring powerhouse speakers leading DEI initiatives in school and communities across Washington State.
Group Training
Focused workshops and training, led by rIDEALS consultants to impact staff and leaders and improve education community culture.
One-on-One Coaching
Dedicated, individualized conversations to help unpack white fragility and challenge racist ideologies to encourage growth into antiracist practices.
